My private practice is based in Little Sutton, I deal with all presenting emotional difficulties, relationships,couples, depression, OCD, anxiety, Self Harm, Loss, Grief, sadness, searching for self, anger management.
I also work for several EAPs providing one on one counselling paid by employer situated at my office in Little Sutton.
I have three colleagues who are fully trained counsellors who also use my office for counselling. Since finishing my Diploma in 2003, I have been working with Young people couples and survivors of Child Sexual Abuse. Currently I work for Stepping Stones in North Wales working with survivors.
I have been doing private work in the office in Little Sutton for five years.
My approach is empathic, non judgemental and work in an meaningful way to allow cleint to work towards theri goals and dreams, or to find a way to live a more harmonious way of life.
In the time and space which counselling allows us, we work towards a more full filling, stress free and a more meaningful state of being.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and work within their ethical framework which ensures safe practice. I am an Integrative Counsellor which means i encompass Person Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychotherapy in my practice. I currently work in the NHS as a Counsellor for Health Improvement Services which is a project that aims to improve peoples mental health and well being.
As a Counsellor I offer a safe, non judgemental, therapeutic environment in which you can explore and find a better understanding of emotions that you may be finding hard to cope with. I seek to provide a therapeutic relationship which is accepting, warm and genuine. I believe that in this environment growth and change can take place.
I work with all emotional difficulties, depression, stress, anxiety, bereavement and loss, relationship difficulties, sadness, sexual abuse, anger management. Any problem that is troubling you, that has brought you to a place where you want to seek help, change or growth.
